BetGenie is committed to making our Service usable by people with diverse abilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA where practicable and improve continuously based on feedback.

Conformance target
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for primary member flows: homepage, signals, parlays, paper tracker, account/billing, login, and community chat. Supporting resources include W3C WCAG and U.S. ADA guidance for digital services.
Our approach
- Skip link to main content on site shells for keyboard users.
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, nav, footer) on primary templates.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, modals, drawers, and floating controls with visible focus states.
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons (chat, back-to-top, copy, filter close, carousels).
- Form controls associated with visible labels; required fields indicated in consent and auth flows.
- Data tables use header cells; responsive wrappers avoid trapping focus.
- Color contrast aligned with our dark theme; status does not rely on color alone (text/labels accompany badges).
- Educational disclaimers and responsible-gaming resources available without color-only cues.
Known limitations
Some third-party charts (e.g. canvas-based visualizations), dense leaderboards, and rich HTML CMS pages may not yet meet every WCAG criterion. We prioritize fixes on login, dashboard, signals, parlays, tracker, and account settings. Community video (when enabled) depends on third-party conferencing accessibility.
Assistive technology
We test with screen readers (NVDA/VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom to 200%. If you encounter a barrier, tell us the page URL, browser, and assistive tech used.
