These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BetGenie (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, dashboards, signals, parlays, ratings, paper tracker, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational purpose — not gambling

BetGenie provides educational sports analysis and paper (simulated) betting tools only. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or money transmitter. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds for betting, or pay out gambling winnings. Any references to odds, edges, units, or “bets” describe analytical models and simulated tracking — not real-money gambling through BetGenie.

You are solely responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction if you choose to gamble elsewhere. Nothing on BetGenie constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. You represent that the information you provide at registration is accurate and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, trials, and promotional pricing are described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may change prices with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or bulk-downloading data without permission; attempting to bypass access controls; reverse engineering proprietary models; harassing other users; uploading malware; or using BetGenie to facilitate unlawful gambling operations. 6. Intellectual property & user content

BetGenie content — including ratings, signals, copy, logos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use according to your plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our proprietary data feeds without written consent.

You retain ownership of content you post (e.g. chat messages) and grant BetGenie a non-exclusive license to host, moderate, and display it. You are responsible for your posts. 7. Third-party data & AI outputs

Odds, schedules, statistics, and news may originate from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. AI-generated explanations are probabilistic and may contain errors. You should verify material facts independently before relying on any output.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PROFITS, WINNING OUTCOMES, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETGENIE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
