1. Plans & pricing
Current plans and prices are listed on our Pricing page. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Promotional or launch pricing may apply for a limited time; when a promotion ends, standard pricing applies to subsequent billing periods.
2. Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle depending on the plan you select. Your billing date is set when you subscribe or when an administrator activates your plan. Annual plans are charged once per year; monthly plans are charged each month on or near your billing day.
3. Payment methods
We accept payment through our configured payment processor (e.g. Stripe) or manual invoicing where offered. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes. We do not store full card numbers on BetGenie servers.
4. Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription automatically renews at the then-current rate for the same term. You may cancel renewal at any time through Account settings or by contacting billing support.
5. Failed payments
If a charge fails, we may retry, suspend premium features, or downgrade your account after notice. Continued failure to pay may result in account restriction until the balance is resolved.
6. Taxes
Prices may exclude sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes where required. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are legally required to collect and remit them.
7. Plan changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges where supported. Downgrades typically apply at the start of the next billing period. Feature access follows your active plan tier as described on Pricing.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Except where required by law, fees for a billing period that has already begun are non-refundable.
